Having more information does not always make life easier.

I’m Diana Navas-Rosette, founder of Corave.

For more than twenty years, I have led work across culture, inclusion, people strategy, and organizational change inside complex global organizations. I have helped leaders translate commitments into operating choices, examined how systems shape access and experience, and navigated decisions where the information was incomplete but the consequences were real.

Across that work, I kept seeing how easily the time needed to make those connections was absorbed by whatever felt most urgent. I recognized a version of the same burden at home and in my own thinking. The details were different, but the underlying need was familiar: help bringing together what had become scattered. Corave grew from that recognition.

The name Corave comes from a principle that has guided my work: to have heart and courage. For me, that means seeing clearly enough to act without losing care, judgment, or what matters.
